Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery.
• The items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging.
• Sale, promotional, and discounted items may not be eligible unless defective.

Non-Returnable Items

• Intimates, undergarments, swimwear, masks.
• Personalized or final-sale items.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at info@drjhons.com with your order number.
2. Our team will share return approval and shipping instructions.
3. After we receive your parcel, inspection takes 5–7 business days.

Refunds

• We do not offer cash refunds, however, we will give you a credit voucher valid until 1 year.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Exchanges

• Exchanges depend on product availability.
• If unavailable, we provide a store credit.

Damaged / Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund your order.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Use a trackable courier service to avoid lost parcels.
